After eating, the kids wanted something sweet... finally tried bubble tea, which has branches spread all over Singapore...
the taste of the drink is quite good… in my opinion the bubble milk tea is quite okay… yes in my opinion now for milk tea all brands are almost the same… what determines more in my opinion is the boba or bubble character… but for the lychee rose jing syuan is delicious... I ordered the less sugar one... the sweet mix is still quite sweet in my opinion... there is a boba jelly topping I like it too...
Liho - One of the famous milk tea chain in Singapore. Order the signature drink: Classic milk tea with golden pearl 4sgd + Upsize 1sgd. The taste is ok, not much special. Nice to try but not must have. Friendly staff. Located on Harbour Front Walk so you can order Liho Tea after visiting Universal Studios Singapore.
Told this male staff at the collection point about my missing drink after waiting for about ~20minutes. He pretended to look around and went back to talking with the other staff (there were no other orders at the time)
Only after escalating again did I get my drink prepared.
I don't usually post review, but this girl in the photo was so rude that I had to. Went to order a drink, it was very busy, got a lot of noise around, couldn't hear what she was saying, some more she was wearing mask so I couldnt hear, then I politely ask her to repeat and she shouted at me and become very rude and arrogant, rolling her eyes. Then after making my drink she just thumped it at the counter and don't bother to tell me. Very very rude staff, pls train ur staff properly so they don't tarnish reputation like her, I think a lot of ppl also complain abt her. So rude for what, isn't this ur job????? She also gave me the wrong drink, so that means she also hearing problem
Very rude staff - order a no-sugar coconut shake for my 5yo daughter and they have made it very high sugar. Tried to return the drink and the staff was unhelpful and rude. Owner please replace your staff, especially the 2nd girl from the right in my photo
I ordered brown sugar pearl more sugar but when i drink I never taste anything. Went back ask them to add more sugar they don’t want to add for me.

Totally dismayed by the service. I requested for a replacement of coconut water with plain water for the coconut shake, as I find it still too sweet even at 0%. The staff insisted that it can't be changed as it is their SOP. I asked to cancel and was initially told that it can't be cancelled. She eventually let me cancel my order. Hopefully I will get the refund next Monday.
I do not understand why my request cannot be acceded to, since I'm not asking for anything that would cost more. With the nationwide movement to reduce sugar intake, why is LiHO making it so difficult for health-conscious people?
